Our Story

It started with a marker, some t-shirts, and an idea.

NioDsign didn't begin with a grand business plan, but with something far simpler – a marker and blank garments at the kitchen table. I drew directly on the fabric, exploring lines, shapes, and expressions. Each design was unique. Each garment had its own identity.

Eventually, people around me started to notice. Friends asked for their own custom garments. What started as something personal slowly began to grow into something more.

From Craft to Collection

The transition to a collection didn't happen overnight. It came naturally.

To reach more people, I had to find a way to preserve the handcrafted feel while scaling production. This required time – finding the right materials, the right collaborators, and a method that didn't compromise what made the designs unique.

That balance remains at the core of NioDsign.

What We Stand For

Quality over Quantity
We don't create clothing for volume. We create garments we'd wear ourselves – thoughtful, durable, and relevant.

Limited Edition
When we launch a collection, it's limited. Not as a gimmick, but because we believe in the value of something unique. Once it's sold out, it's gone. This gives each garment its own significance.

Made to Order
All products are only created once they are ordered. It takes a little longer, but it reduces overproduction and unnecessary waste. We believe in fewer products – done right.

Our Products

From the first hand-drawn motifs, we have developed a collection consisting of:

Hoodies – comfortable, durable, and defined by our signature designs
Crop hoodies – limited pieces for those who want to stand out
T-shirts – clean expressions with clear identity

Every design has a story. Some of the motifs you see today originate directly from the first sketches – evolved, but still true to their origin.

Where We Are Now

What started at a kitchen table has grown into an online store with customers even outside Norway.

Nevertheless, much remains the same. We are still small. We are still evolving. And we are still driven by the same goal: to create streetwear that feels authentic, lasts over time, and means something to those who wear it.
