Terms of Sale for NioDsign
1. About Us
NioDsign is a Norwegian design-based brand offering products manufactured to order.

When you shop with us, you enter into an agreement with NioDsign. The buyer is hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer."
2. Agreement and Ordering
The agreement is binding once you have received an order confirmation via email.
All products are produced upon order. We therefore ask you to carefully check your order before payment. If anything is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Production and Delivery
All our products are produced to order (print-on-demand). This means that the product only enters production after the order has been placed.
Production and delivery times will vary and are stated in the online store. You will be informed of any delays.
The risk for the item transfers to you when the product is delivered to you or your pick-up point.
4. Prices
All prices are quoted in NOK and include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before payment.
We reserve the right for typographical errors, pricing errors, and sold-out items. In case of obvious errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Payment
Payment is made via available payment solutions such as Klarna or card payment.
The amount is reserved upon order and debited when production of the item begins.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As all products are produced specifically for you upon order, the normal right of withdrawal does not apply according to the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 letter e (custom-made goods).
We therefore encourage you to be careful with your choice of size, design, and product before ordering.
If you still experience problems with your order, please contact us – we always aim to find a good solution.
7. Exchanges
Due to the production model, we generally do not offer exchanges of size or product.
Exceptions may be considered in certain cases. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you would like assistance.
8. Complaints
If the product has a defect or flaw, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered, and no later than 2 years (or 5 years for products intended to last significantly longer).
The right to complain does not apply to:

normal wear and tear

improper use or lack of maintenance

deviations due to expectations regarding fit or comfort

9. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
The information is used only to process orders, delivery, and customer service.
10. Disputes
We always aim to resolve any issues in a fair and proper manner.
If we cannot find a solution together, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Disputes Commission.
